Fees
OPIOIP TREATMENT PROGRAM FEES DAILY FEE:
Your daily cost of treatment (FULL RATE) is $15.00 cash. You must pay this each day before you are given a dose of methadone. Once you have been in treatment for 90 days, you will be eligible for REDUCED RATE of $10.00 a day, if you meet the following requirements:
• You must have six (6) consecutive "negative" (no illegal drugs or unverified
prescribed medications) toxicology screens;
• You must make all required monthly meetings as outlined in your treatment plan;
• Comply with all program rules.
If you do not meet the aforementioned requirements, you will continue to pay FULL RATE. If you attain the REDUCED RATE men fail to comply, you will be returned to FULL RATE until you are in compliance.
TRANSFER FEE:
If you wish to transfer to another clinic, you will have to pay $25.00 for us to effect the appropriate documentation and arrange the transfer. "
PREPAYING YOUR DOSING FEE:
If your daily fee is $10.00 and you wish to prepay for 30 days, the discounted amount will be $282.00. If your daily fee is $15.00 and you wish to prepay for 30 days, the discounted amount will be $432.00. No refunds given on prepayments unless you have dropped out of the clinic (not dosed at Marion County Treatment Center, Inc. for seven (7) days.)
NO FEES MAY BE CHARGED:
Your clinic fees include all treatment services, not just your dose. Included are the following:
Your prescribed daily dose of methadone
Annual physical
Individual counseling
Group and education meetings
Family counseling
Referral services
Monthly toxicology screens required by treatment plan
If you doubt the accuracy of your toxicology screen, you may request a confirmation at the cost of $10.00.
